About the Project
Camphora Apartments, a 44-unit housing community in Soledad, received a LEED for Homes Platinum rating with guidance from Bright Green Strategies.
The project included Garden Style residential buildings, common building, playground, half basketball court, two grass soccer fields.
The project was driven by Zero Net Energy design from an early stage. Various rating systems were explored to satisfy multiple funding sources.
